As the founder of Komir Minds, Dr. Saguilan leads a dynamic education consulting firm committed to advancing equity, innovation, and excellence in K-12 education. Her company provides school systems with high-impact PD, leadership coaching, curriculum design, and system-wide tools like school snapshot reports and multilingual learner frameworks. Komir Minds is expanding into publishing to amplify the voices of educators, create culturally sustaining resources, and make education more inclusive.
